In remembrance of Jim Stevick
Jim Stevick meant so much to so many people. He influenced the entire community of Liberty and anyone else he ever had contact with. Jim was a Liberty High School teacher for over thirty years, a city worker, and an active member of the community. Jim was an avid tennis player and coach as well. He enjoyed spirited competition and played at a high level, yet he always made those whom he played against feel welcome regardless of their skill level. He also showed his interest and support for others who played the game. But most of all, Jim was a loving husband, a caring father, a proud grandfather, and a steadfast friend. Anyone who knew Jim will tell you he was one of the finest people they knew.
